		<description><![CDATA[I think if you removed all the people from jail whose only crime related to the buying or selling of pot cigarettes, you would have a lot fewer people in jail. If marijuana were legal and taxed, it would vastly decrease crime and get a lot of tax revenue, and I don&#039;t mean just because Doug Benson would buy a lot.
